Trying to Heal the Imbalance

Hi, my name is Sasha. I am 21 years old and I have been suffering from depression for many years. I have started this blog to try to overcome it. I apologize before hand for any possible rants that might arise but I cant keep these thoughts and feelings bottled up any longer...I have to start letting them go.
Its hard changing the negative thoughts, bad self-image, and low-esteem when Ive given into my depression for so long. So please share any help/exercises you may have when it comes to developing a positive attitude, self-image, and getting rid of a low self-esteem. Or just message me to talk, i am always feeling disconnected from other people and it would be great to talk to new people! Thank you :)
